Atlanta and all the brothers they got in the last couple of years (Jan Volk-style) are Winnipeg-bound. 0-2 in the ATL for the NHL.

And the Isles just might be on the move too.

If Florida has another awful year, they could go north next.

And no one should be surprised to see the following sentence written about Matthew Barnaby.

Barnaby, 38, was charged with criminal mischief, criminal trespass, harassment, criminal contempt and aggravated harassment.

That's awful about the Boogey man. Toughest in game when healthy, one of most feared ever as well. So sad.

As for Barnaby, an ex-wife he had an ugly divorce with makes an allegation/calls the cops, guy's getting arrested regardless of whether anything happened. They took him off air (wonder if they still let Bryant write). Wouldn't be surprised to see nothing come of it. Just because a guy fought and was a pain in the ass on the ice doesn't mean shit off it.

Hello Manitoba Moose. I guess this leaves Jets open for use by the team that moves to KC....even Bettman would have to veto them bringing back Scouts as a franchise name.

It's still part of a current franchise as well (NJD).

Barnaby said to have used "racial slurs" toward the guy stuffing his soon-to-be-ex.

Kind of vague though.

Big Joe with another 'legacy' game on tap.

This is great and NSFW:

Looks like a CBC feed so you didn't miss it on Versus (at least I don't think). Nice rack.

Why can't they just contract some of these shit teams?

They're staying put.

Contraction isn't necessary if they're in viable markets.

Phoenix is a viable market??

Thrashers to Winnipeg is a good start...Phoenix, NYI, and Florida have gotta be next on the chopping block (and hopefully Quebec City will be the next to get their team back).
