I got 4 buddies coming in from chicago for cubs/sox series, 3 of whom have never been to boston before.. Saturday we are all going to the game and will drink near fenway before and after but friday I won't be with them.. Have not lived in Boston in 10 years now where should i tell them to go? The guys are ages 29-33 some married but want a place where there will be at least some ladies at... anyplace new open up? def not club types though they will likely have the colombian candy with them lol .. any advice much appreciated

Clarke's is a superlative place in Boston to piss...and I believed that before they made that claim in their advertising. I've hosted trivia there twice. It's not busy...but nothing downtown is Tuesday at 6.

I 10000000% believe this story. I only threw it in there because of the Colombian candy reference.

DC, tell your buddies to check out Atlantic Beer Works or Whiskey Priest. Both places fill up by 10 and the talent is decent/fuckable.

Lucky's is another good place to go after Whiskey Priest/Atlantic Beer Garden. Although if they are from out of town they may have some trouble finding it I guess. New huge Legal roofdeck is opening up soon too but might not be open on Friday night.

Howl at the Moon apparently gets great talent (I've never been).
