I think the Asian chick is picking up steam. She's got a chance to grab onto the health food train. Saucy Balls is being kept around for entertainment value only. Chipotle guy desperately wants the Indian guy to make an Indian version of Chipotle. I don't understand why they say people need to have food to walk around with yet one guy is making chicken and waffles.

I understand that not all of the contestants have worked in a restaurant, but when the challenge is to make the most money and the judges talked about the idea of food costs, how did most of them not have any idea of their food costs?

Flay and the Chipotle guy with their hats were the funniest part of that episode.

I'm inclined to think Joey meatball has a shot. Why else would they have kept him around after all of his tebocles? They love his concept. Let him run the gauntlet and dump him after x months of opening the business to make it their own.

These concepts all do really suck. That Asian broad hasn't done anything well yet.
