Early 40's

Said he went through the process mostly for his kids since his wife is already and that's how they're being raised.

Sounded like a completely miserable experience. Said they spent four hours in the church last night and all the other people is his group were like 1000 years old.

I don't get how/why any sane adult would willingly sign up for it. I hated it as a kid because it was just all bullshit. Good cash grab though.

I get a kick out of these churches where the average HHI of the constituents is probably under $25k and you see exactly one benz in the parking lot.

At least we get some awesome pearls of wisdom from the church signs. "Wal Mart is not the only place that offers saving"

Having this attitude is no better than having the attitude of those that believe and try push it on everybody else. Why criticize them for having faith in something you don't believe?

It seems a lot of what some people do religion wise comes from fear and not education. Facebook also has an angry mob like effect on the weak.

Way to take it out of context. That was a reply to a specific situation, not a general statement (I should know to quote it by now).
