seems normal to me...I have seen as high as 50%.....low as 20%

the daily $50 tourney at 4:30pm usually gets a pretty good turnout. Over 100 people or so on a Friday. Decent payout. Small stack start (4,000. $25/$50 to start. go up every 20 minutes). not as small a starting stack as those $40 sit and gos, which I think is 3,000 and $100/$100 start. you need to hit a hand or two pretty early in those or you're in danger. Last time I played in the $50, I ended up in an 8-way chop for $400 a piece and then playing winner take all for another $800. I was short stack and went all in the hand after the chop was agreed upon. would have only got paid out $150 or $175 without the chop. Anyway, seems like a decent payout if you are just looking to sit around a table with other degenerates for a few hours but not really recommended if you are looking for serious action.

define long drive? it's 20-25 minutes for me w/out traffic. and if i didn't have to drive 2-2.5 hours to FW i'd go there.

Long drive I guess would be that it would be less than 45 minutes or so to get there and more than an hour and a half to get to foxwoods? I have family and friends up that way, so it's easy to pop in when I'm already up that way.

and I'm never going to confuse myself with Poker Star slim, so it's about my speed. I could see the "quality" of play really bothering people who play regularly.
