I live 500 yards from the studio, and I walked over. Big black bus in the station parking lot, and a couple of Boston Police vehicles outside. I waited for an autograph for a while...didn't realize the interview would be this lengthy.

I heard there were a ton of people out there after it was tweeted he was going to the station.
No TV camera's/stations allowed in either, which I think was a good call.

I saw some cars in the parking lot. I doubt they belonged to fans. And I didn't see any other people standing out there the entire 25 minutes I waited.
EDIT: Went back over when I heard the interview winding down. Seven people (myself included) waiting for autographs. I didn't get my baseball signed, but a guy got his Indians jersey signed, and another caller who got through got a cutout of his head signed.
