Bottom line.......even if the Lee accusations are true(and they are not), there is no violation. Think back to the Tee Martin incident in Mobile where he was given the SUV. The woman who bought it for him was deemed neither a booster nor an alum of the University of Tennessee, so her gift of an SUV to him was not in violation of any rule. Nevermind the fact her husband was an alum and a season ticket holder and her kids were students at UT. The person in question here with Calloway, the so called "supporter", is not considered a booster and never attended school at the University of Alabama. So, again, even if the accusations are true, there is no violation. Unless, of course, the NCAA completely ignores the precedent they set in the Tee Martin case.
But, the accusations aren't true, at least not all of them. Brent Calloway's father is the one who escorted him to Tuscaloosa. There is no hanky panky with a mortgage because there is no public record of a mortgage in the family's name.
Instead of being shocked by the sudden switch from Auburn back to Alabama for Calloway, why isn't Lee concerned with Calloway's original flip from Bama to Auburn, after being a solid Bama commit for nearly a year before?
