Chicken and Waffles are kind of a novelty, I couldnt see many people eating there all the time (other than Lugs)

The taco spot was a decent idea, kind of like a boloco burrito version of tacos

saucy balls could be good but fast food italian is usually disgusting

an indian version of Chiplolte could work, Naan bread wraps with curry chicken etc. I dont know if the general public would go for indian though.

Yeah I mean it's not like he's reinventing the wheel....just putting a different spin on any melt type sandwich.

And the guy saying he could make a grilled cheese at home is an idiot or he wasn't paying attention. Do most people have ten different types of bread and cheese at their house....among all of the other possible ingredients?

That idea = money.

exactly, nothing beats a grilled cheese depending on where the location is it should be huge. Put in in a college town and make the price reasonable. You have to work really hard to fuck up a grilled cheese.


Next week they have to make food for 1000 people, I have some doubts that some of these culinary challenged people will be able to pull it off.

They recently opened a grilled cheese place inside South Station (no idea if it's connected to this guy or show). I haven't tried it yet because I very seldom pass through SS.
