i brought my dog to Petco to get his nails trimmed over the weekend...lady picking her dog up before me tipped $2. I had zero cash on my but is it necessary to tip the groomer? It takes literally 3 minutes for them to do his nails.

My old boss brought his dogs to petco to be groomed got a call an hour later one the dogs was dead. They had no explaniation as to what happened.

Not a look at me post, I'm just legitimately confused.

My boss' son is an agent. When I started looking a year or so ago, he put me on his daily listing email. If I saw something that I liked, I would get in touch with him and we would go look at the house. I looked at probably 4 or 5 houses with him.

In September, my buddy introduced me to his real estate agent who was way more aggressive. She wanted to know what I was looking for and would proactively contact me in order to go and look at houses. I ended up looking at 15 or so places before going under agreement on the current one.

I get an email this morning from the other guy, thanking me for wasting his time and saying "I thought you'd have a little more respect". I answer back that I'm sorry and I'll talk to him in person, and then he lays this line on me:

No need to talk. I know what kind of character you have now. Just think about those people that don’t leave you a tip when you provide them service at the bar. Good luck and know that I have learned my lesson and will never let someone like you waste my time again.
