Because some asshole will do it so why not me:

taking whole career into account :

1. Brady
2. Manning
3. Big Ben
4. Brees
5. Rodgers

Rivers falls out of my top 5

Brees has been great for longer but I could understand people arguing rodgers as high as 3 since many feel defense props up big ben

yes active only... brady is #3 on my alltime but thats a discussion for time between draft and training camp
