UFC 127 (odds according to Bleacher Report)
B.J Penn (+160) vs. Jon Fitch (-200)
We have the Best B.J. Penn has at 155 and at 170. He got obliterated by GSP at 170 and I thought that was the last time he would venture into that weight class. But basically a one punch KO against an over the hill Matt Hughes has convinced him he can take the second best welterweight in the division. Not buying it BJ. Fitch probably wont stop him, he doesn't stop anyone. What he will do is control BJ on the ground and take a ho-hum decision.
Fitch by decision.
Michael Bisping (-325) vs. Jorge Rivera (+250)
Michael Bisping is one of the more overrated figthers in the UFC. I think they will keep propping him up until they can find a new British wunderkind to be their UK posterboy. Jorge Rivera is a cold blooded killer. He will Stalk Bisping relentlessly with malicious intent. Rivera crushed Kendall Grove and Nate Quarry, two guys who were supposedly more skilled but neither with the power to stop him. Bisping is steps above both skill wise, but unlike Quarry and much like China Grove, his chin is weak when tested. Rivera represents a test his chin will fail.

George Sotiropoulos (-500) vs. Dennis Siver (+300)
Sotiropolus is the biggest favorite on the card for a reason. He has transformed from a footnote on Mack Danzig's season of Ultimate Fighter to looking like a fighter that far surpasses Danzigs upside in every way. Sotiropoulos is like many of the new lightweight contenders in that he has more than competent stand up to compliment a bread and butter ground game. But where George's stand up lack in comparison to say Edgar, his JuJitsu and ground and pound seems to be near or on par with the best in this weight class. I think Dennis Siver is a very good fighter and should be a solid contender but George is on a mission that I don't think Siver can derail.

I'm really dissapointed that Carlos Condit's injury had him bow out of this card because a Condit Chris Lytle showdown was an early fight of the night candidate. That would have been a war worth the price of admission.
Mark Hunt (+210) vs. Chris Tuchscherer (-270)
I only include this because of my love for Hunt. This guy was once a Kiwi terminator. If you ever watched his old K1 fights you might have thought it would take a Throw Mama from the Train frying pan shot to KO this guy. Sadly that's not the case anymore. He's lost his last 6 fights, getting subs 5 times and Ko'd once. But I'm going to get sentimental here and say Hunt has a little magic left in that chin of his and beats Tuchsherer.
Hunt by KO.
