The ONLY leftovers I'll eat are as follows:

Chinese food.
Pasta but not with any sort of meat product. Like veal marsala, remove veal, eat sauce. Chicken: the same. Meat sauce = all good.
Meatballs.
Pizza.
Potato product.

I am usually cool with anything that does not form a gelatinous substance surrounding the food. That is why some Chinese food is out for me.

I have eaten leftover shrimp in paella at least 48 hours later.

*but it was homemade paella and the shrimp were whole foods quality. Tasted pretty good.

Our Sunday dinners usually involve something we can eat again on Monday and save ourselves a night of cooking. Lasagna, baked ziti, Turkey chili, homemade chicken salad are usually the staples. With the pasta I'll usually pick up a loaf and make 2 nights of homemade garlic bread to go with it

French fries are the fucking worst once they hit the fridge. I'll never understand why people want to take that to go.

Broiled left over fries depending on their original quality.

I love meatloaf sandwich on cabata rolls with grilled onion and home made ketchup.

Leftover steak-type fries can be reheated and be fine. Although if you want to spread potatoes over two days, you have to get some quality wedges.
