Anybody watching this on Showtime? Just watched the first ep last night, and beyond the smoking hot Emmy Rossum ("Katie Markum" for you Mystic River fans), there wasn't a lot to be desired. Oh yeah, the BJ-giving blond ain't so bad either. But the plot didn't do anything for me. I've got the subsequent eps on DVR and will watch at some point, even though I can go & download those video clips and not be bothered waiting for more T&A on the show.

I watch Californication from time to time but I really dont love it. The characters can be kind of annoying.

I give Showtime an 'A' for effort. But they don't come close to HBO.

Brotherhood was a good show on Showtime but they canceled it. Its worth getting through Netflix.

Yeah, I've heard that. Maybe I'll jump on it. Showtime's produced some quality stuff over the years. But collectively, HBO owns them.
I hear good things about "Underbelly" as well, the Aussie gangster show. But I need to take it from the top. Can't jump on shows mid-stream.

'Weeds' started off good but got very silly real quick.
I watched the first season of 'Nurse Jackie' (the one with Carmela Soprano). She was real good on it but I'm all set with it. The needy, fat nurse was annoying enough to keep me away.

Just noticed Brotherhood is available to watch instantly on Netflix. Might watch it again. Recently rewatched The Sopranos season 4 and 5 again. Season 5 really sucked(when Tony and Carm were seperated) There were a few good episodes but overall it sucked.
I checked out Shameless ep 1, not bad I will give a few more eps a shot
