DB, is the atmosphere/ ambiance at the Burlington Cap Grille the same as Chestnut Hill? Have reservations for CH sat night but then going to a Xmas party in Wakefield after so switching might make sense but I really like the CH one.

went to the burlington CG on Friday. the bar is small and i wouldnt really want to be seated in the few tables over by the bar but the regular dining area was good enough. we sat by the wine room at a two person table. the chairs were old leather chairs we sunk into. weird at first felt low to the table but got used to it. the lobster bisque was pretty good and we got two half sides = au gratinn potatoes and cream spinach. i actually didnt realize they had half sides and we were happy to see they did because we usually waste a lot of sides ordering two full orders. i got the delmonico and was pretty happy with it. the bartender made a good drink. my wife mentioned the place looked like a cougar bar and i did notice that almost everyone sitting around the bar was early 40's and in groups of females. go nuts ronnieb lmao

I was downtown last night and remembered from my working days that Umbria used to have a fairly late kitchen.

Apparently its "Umbria Prime" now.

Actually had a fantastic ribeye.

I can't speak for the upstairs at Grille 23 since I've only been once and sat downstairs but I've been to a dinner with about 15 in a private room at Ruths Chris and it was pretty good. There's a large flatscreen up on the wall if you want to watch a game.

Downstairs at A&L's. If it's good enough for the Capitals...
