Can't airlines just make everyone sign a waiver stating that after one warning they can get kicked off the plane for not getting off their cell phone/not fastening their safety belt/not shutting their awful kid up/etc.? Seems simple enough.

Pretty sure airlines can do anything they want without making people sign waivers.

A woman said she was asleep when the passenger seated behind her, identified as Brian Louis Pomykala, woke her up by "forcibly fondling and grabbing her face and head and then gesturing toward his crotch area indicating that he needed some sex," according to the complaint.

Pomykala then struck one of the air marshals in the throat "with a bladed, karate-style thrust strike" and followed with a choke hold move, according to the complaint.

Original plane had mechanical issues so we deboarded and got in line for new boarding passes to board replacment plane---which is smaller than original. Guy tells me that because my seats were in the rear of plane, I was effectively screwed and there was a 5:00 a.m. to Charlotte with a connection to Vegas.

I quickly became "that guy" (also when I posted). But when they started calling for passengers, I stapled myself to the counter. Two people didn't show then they called my name, party of 2. Was like airline version of tuck rule game for me.
