You never know. He was released in '08 by the parole board after serving 3 life terms for attempted murder.

However this guy has run out of chances. I'd have no problem with this guy getting the death penalty. He'll we could make it a creature double feature and hang the parole board at the same time.

I think you should both exercise your 1st Amendment right of free speech and tell a cop to go fuck himself, tell him that you're entitled to express yourself, and tape the exchange for all of us to enjoy. You won't be breaking the law and it will probably work out well for you.

Oh no, that kid told you to shut up! You should probably lose your cool, beat the fuck out of him with a billy club under the cover of being a police officer (whose primary function, last time I checked, was to keep the peace) and then justify it as necessary b/c the kid talked out of line.

Makes sense. Let's keep beating people.

Don't follow protocol and ask the kid to step out of the car, tell him he's being arrested for "reason A", cuff him, give him Miranda, and then put him in the back of the squad car. That'd be too easy.
