Although Candida albicans is a yeast micro-organism that forms part of the normal microbial population of the intestines, if it is allowed to grow and multiply rapidly it can lead to various types of infective Candida conditions.
One of the most poorly treated infections it can lead to is called systemic Candida or Candida overgrowth. This Candida overgrowth is characterised by symptoms of fatigue, weight gain, poor mental concentration, excessive gas bloating, brain fog etc.
Even though the main forms of treatment of this condition includes the use of Candida diet, supplements and cleansing techniques you will still need to complement these main forms of treatment with good exercises.
