How to contact when missing 4 shirts we ordered???

My cousin ordered 4 shirts and got charged but didn't get the shirts. He has gotten no responses to his emails and tweets. Who do we have to contact at Barstool to get this fixed? Is there a phone number or main email that we will get a response from? If anyone could help we would appreciate it.
