Ted would know better but yeah I've heard around that - maybe closer to $400. The tougher part is getting a reservation. There's only 5 tables in the place right Ted?

I think I spent around $350 for 2 people with a bottle of wine. 4 courses and it includes transportation to and from your hotel boat drop off. It's like having a personal chef for the night.

The reservation thing is overblown. We had a change in our itinerary and the hotel changed our reservation without a problem.

About 7 hrs to Tahiti from LA then you hop on a smaller plane for about an hour flight to Bora Bora. Most times you need to spend a night in Tahiti before getting your connector flight. The main airline, Air Tahiti Nui, is probably the best I've ever flown.

I was calling B&Bs in the Saratoga area for my uncle earlier. Lady says, "We're smoke-free and fragrance-free". I said "What, like no perfumes, colognes?"

"Yes, as well as hair spray/products, deodorant...anything with a fragrance."

"So if you wear deodorant, you can't stay there?"

"Pretty much, yeah...Old Spice. Anything like that."

GTFOOH.

I should've asked her if she wore deodorant.

Holy shit, I never heard such a thing for lodging.

Heading to Riviera Maya, south of Cancun, on Weds am for a friend's wedding. Free round* of golf each day, unfortunately looks like rain every day too.

Nothing exotic, but we're headed to the Smoky Mountains for 8 nights, possibly 9 the first week of October. A week without pay because I have no PTO will kind of suck, though I do have a floating holiday I can use that week.
