I definitely check them out. But most people go online to bitch---not praise. And some of the posters act like they're the fucking King of Siam.
Asshole, you're at a greasy spoon, get over yourself.
At a hearing yesterday, a lawyer for Paulie's, 65 Salem St., said the neighborhood needed a low-priced take-out place for its growing numbers of young families and students who want something quick to eat without having to pay for a full meal at a place like Bricco. Owner Paul Barker is a member of the local Pace family. Although Paulie's will have 14 tables, Barker will run it mainly as a take-out place - there will be no table service.
.Sea Dog Pub Planning to Open in Charlestown, Braintree, and Framingham
by Marc
A Maine-based microbrewery that has expanded into the Boston area this year will apparently be expanding a bit more over the coming months, with new locations planned for a Boston neighborhood, a South Shore community, and a MetroWest town.
According to the Charlestown Patch, the Sea Dog Pub is looking to open new locations in Charlestown, Braintree, and Framingham, which would join existing locations in Hull and Woburn. Locations for the three new spots are not known as of yet; as soon as we find out more information, we will post updates here. (The article does mention that the Charlestown location could be open by the spring of 2011.)
The Sea Dog Pub restaurants all feature classic comfort food, pub grub, and American dishes, including chicken wings, fried clams, chili, burgers, and pulled pork sliders. The pubs also offer a variety of handcrafted ales that are made in Maine.
In addition to Hull and Woburn, locations of the Sea Dog Pub can also be found in three Maine communities--Bangor, Topsham, and South Portland

BBRG's holdings include such popular eateries as Joe’s American Bar & Grill and Abe & Louie’s, the Globe reports.
