i have only been there 4-5 times in my life and got the veal parm sandwich every time, its money, great bread.

rearad would still choose Santarpio's instead just because he sees it all the time in the Improper and on Phantom Gourmet.

never heard of this place. love veal parm but a good one is hard to find (like a man)

is it a "dish worth driving"?

Trust me when I tell you. Mario's has the best veal parm anywhere. Better than Jevelli's and Jevelli's is excellent. Plus the chances of seeing Jimmy "two times" or Hendry Hill are pretty good.
