I would imagine they are getting a sweet deal on the phones, considering they are ordering 200+ phones.

Plus, the company should support Apple, considering they build the majority of their stores around the country

apparently its perfectly normal for people to call here and say "I had a missed call from this number, did you call me"? I am helping out on the phones today since we are really short-staffed and this has happened twice. WTF. If I have a missed call from a number that I don't know and there's no message left, there is zero-point-zero chance I am calling back. I have no idea if this is normal behavior or not I just find it odd, and irritating.

I'm with you. If you call and I miss it and there's no message. If you call and I don't know the number and ignore it, and you don't leave a message...I'm not calling that number back.
