they could trade their whole team to the Pats for their 2nd round pick back

Must have known that yesterday. Mallett just made a few million more.

how do you figure? just cause Luck is staying in school, Mallett goes first overall?

Really? You take a stupid pill?

Of course he moves up a position, whatever that is and it may be #1. Most of the teams that fired a coach have high a high draft pick......those new guys will be looking for "their QB".

Clearly he's worried about this new collective bargaining agreement

lugz is right mallet moved up just like any guy would when someone playing same position and graded higher stays in school...

also classic example of kid whose dad makes big money already.. while that 20 mill or whatever signing bonus wont be there if he gets hurt its not like some of these other guys who grew up in poverty.. The Lucks live just fine already..

like leinert though do you question the desire of a guy who would be #1 but prefers school for whatever reason instead of challenge of NFL..

Mallet has no chance of being the #1 pick. I wouldn't be surprised if Gabbard is picked ahead of him.

I agree on Bowers being #1. He's a beast (and it helps that he's from the Carolina's (both originally and in college)

We've discussed this before but they aren't even in the same class. Luck is so much better in every facet and will be a much better pro. Mallet is a statue with a big arm who plays in a great QB system.
