So the NFL is about to have a Thursday night game of the week, maybe as early as this year. 16 weeks(not sure which week won't get a Thursday night game). 8 are promised to the NFL Network, but the other 8 are up for bid. ESPN is in the mix, but Turner is making a run, meaning the games could end up on TBS, TNT, SyFy or Spike. Fox could get it and put the games on Fx, and Versus will be in the bidding as well.
Anything other than ESPN is not acceptable to me.

dont worry AY if turner gets it game will be on TNT or TBS likely TNT .. if fox gets it will be on FOX main .. nfl games outrate sitcoms so regular tv schedule wont be a factor..

I'm not even worried about interrupting "regular tv". I just don't want to have to figure out which channel Spike or Fx is on.
I think TruTV was listed as a potential place for games as well. I can settle for anything but Spike or TruTv. At least with the others I have them all in High Def.

Honestly, is it really that hard to hit the "Guide" button to find a channel and remember said channel?
I hope it ends up anywhere but ESPN. It's all about the game, not the egos bringing it to you.
