would pushing 3 point back to nba improve things.. these little engine that could teams who live and die with 3 could not and the floor would open up more for athletes.. felt like everything was packed in tonight and since no one can shoot it became ugly

They already moved it back and the impact was counter to what you posted. The live and die with the three teams will shoot that much better than the athletic teams and there's less of a reason to guard 20 feet out against mediocre shooters.

DC....it's still a bit shorter than the NBA 3 point line.

Reading is fundamental dc

Your idea would make the difference more pronounced. You asked a question and I gave you the answer.

And LOL @ Bud. At least he took his hat off to talk to Jim

Let's show Jake Pullen's one shining moment and call it a season.

Greatest post season run in NCAA history? UConn was barely in the field of 64 then went on to win 5 in a row to win the Big East and then 6 more to win it all. Other teams have done it, but considering where they were headed into the Big East tourney this was a helluva run and has to rank amongst the best runs ever.

If there's one thing a deeper line could do is that all these 6'8" - 6'10" guys who think they're shooters might stop shooting threes and learn to play with their back to the basket where they belong but that probably won't happen.
