88 is pretty good in the wind out there. We played in pretty good wind and I was happy to break 100. Of course that was on about an hour's sleep too.

Might have posted this before but the most fun course I've ever played out there is about an hour away (that's two hours of Vegas time wasted!!!) at Wolf Creek. Unreal holes out there. Every single one is memorable.

I would have to agree, Wolf Creek is one of my favorites in the Vegas vicinity. Looked like something right out of a video game.

Just booked a golf trip to Orlando for the first week in May. Got a sick deal using a trip planner at http://www.playfloridagolf.com. 18 @ Celebration Golf Club, 36 @ Championsgate (national, and international), and 36 @ Grand Cypress (North/East course, and the New Course) all for $350.

Played 54 the last 2 days at Waverly. Course was in great shape and bone dry for this time of year.

Took a lesson and got on video yesterday.

Amazing how far out of sorts I've become after a 16 month hiatus. Was so far inside on takeaway that it took furyk-like machinations to even get to contact. Which ended up being a pussy flip through the ball.

Plenty of work to do.

pretty sure I'll stay home today. don't think anyone will call to see if the range is open (although, it wouldn't surprise me if they did...)

I like Outlook a lot. Most of the front 9 is links style, I don't think there is a tree anywhere. The back 9 is very tight with a lot of elevation change. It's almost like 2 different courses. Blind tee shots on several holes. Generally not very crowded since it's in the middle of nowhere.

What courses are in good shape and open right now around the Boston area? Played Atlantic CC and Pinehills last weekend and both were surprisingly nice.

that place used to have the hardest, thinnest lies around. Needed a hammer to get a tee in the ground.

I play there quite a bit. It is impossible to get a flat lie. Challenging course IMHO compared to others ive played around here.
