The stolen items included two suitcases containing Burns' and his wife's clothes, a Movado men's watch, family photos, bed sheets from the palliative-care unit

They stole his hospital bed sheets!!!!!! Possibly the sheets from his death bed. This kind of thing is what comes to mind when I think of Canadien fans KW. Just another one of the many reasons why I loathe Montreal fans with the fire of a thousand suns. Don't worry, the idiots responsible will try to sell the stuff soon enough and we'll see them doing the perp walk wearing their bleu blanc and rouge.

MONTREAL — The widow of former NHL coach Pat Burns received a rude surprise when she retrieved her car Tuesday morning, hours after hundreds had gathered to pay tribute to the three-time NHL coach of the year at his downtown Montreal funeral.
"They went through his stuff," said Const. Anie Lemieux of the Montreal police, who noted Burns's wallet was in the car. "The Canadiens fan who left with the shirts and everything knows that this is Pat Burns's stuff."

Stay Classy Montreal.

Good thing this Bruins fan was in town eh Section 40? We know it couldn't have been one of those slimy Habs fans.

According to the Canadian Press, Montreal police have recovered two suitcases taken from Line Gignac Burns' car that were turned in by an unnamed citizen, whom they say wasn't involved in the robbery

If he wasn't involved why is the hero unnamed and how did he come upon the two suitcases to begin with?
Slimy is pretty good KW, I like that.

Obviously the Bruins fan doesn't want his neighbors to know or else he'd get shipped out of Quebec.
