nbc.com streaming the game! they had only been showing the sunday ones so far. Guess I'll get paid to watch the b's this afternoon.

not sure how live streaming on the phone will play in the delivery room, but it might be worth a shot

I dont' get how one team can get it up the ice without any problems, while the other team has to claw and fight and scratch just to get it out of their end

Do you even bother pulling Thomas at this point? Extra man means shit to this team

I don't follow the Bruins that closely. Do they have the makeup to come back from this? Blowing a 3-0 lead and instead of being up 3 games to 1 its even, can they win this series now or will they turtle?

My coworker was born and raised in Amherst and Danvers and I think he was ready to start throwing heavy things at one point.

They definitely have the make-up to come back from this. But, the way they looked after TB tied it up was eerily similar to the way they looked against Philly in Game 7 last year. I'll admit, I'm nervous now. I wasn't after Game 1, certainly not after Games 2 or 3, and definitely not after the 1st period today. But now, I'm nervous. They really need a convincing start-to-finish victory, similar to Game 3, on Monday.

I had watched the 1st period on Saturday and went out to do some yard work and play with the kids (after being cooped up in the house all week from the rain they were stir crazy) and DVR'd the rest of the game as it was the middle of a beautiful Saturday. Needless to say I deleted without watching but I was completely disgusted. Just when you think they have learned how to close teams/games they come back to let you know that they still are capable of giving it all away. Hopefully the Bruins will respond like they did in Games 2 + 3 because when they are on and playing their game they are superior to TB in every way and if they play like they did in the last 2 periods...... .

Hopefully I will have the house cleared by the start of the 2nd period tonight.

Anyone here going?

I'll be there.

And to answer your question AY, sure, the Bs can 'overcome' the loss. I'm sure they've already moved on.

I was hoping the Yankees had moved on after ALCS game 4 in 2004 but they didn't.

Have fun. One thing I've never experienced in person is Stanley Cup playoff hockey. I guess that's a product of Nashville and Atlanta being the two closest teams to where I live. Had the Preds made it past Vancouver, I was going to try and catch a game live.

Apples and oranges. But OK.

The easiest way to get somebody hooked on NHL is take them to a playoff game, preferably with OT.
