Moved 2.5 years ago. Took that long to sell (it was a HUD-guideline, city affordable unit so it had a shitload of restrictions).
Have no room/use for it.

Better than most people are these days. And I'm obviously not posting it here.
It is amazing, though, how the mortgage industry is legal. They charge worse juice than the worst wise guys.
