Its been a tough winter, whats the most you have ever weighed? I am on my 3rd year in a row of gaining 20-30 over the winter and then losing it in the spring.

It was probably the end of my senior year in college. I was on the Bluto plan so I had a few extra college years. I paid to have that pic taken just as you receive your sheepskin and the local paper ran a pic of me with my arms raised above my head like one of the Sandpeople...and 3 chins. Neither of them are framed for viewing.I never got near a scale then (would've been interesting to have some late-night weigh-ins though---"You must be at most ___ lbs. to ride this ride") but I'm convinced that's the heaviest I was, 225 maybe (I'm about 6'2", FWIW). I might have matched it once after but got it down. I fluctuate between the same 10 pound range year round 208-218, maybe. Still don't have a scale. I can see/feel when I need to drop a few.

I've been as high as 350....this is the most since I met you swabs. I did quit smoking butts though so I expected some gain. It historically has been easy for me to drop weight when I get this high, but the no smoking thing is the twist. I feel the urge to snack all too often.

I hate diet shit...but these fuckers were really good

1/3 cup of canola oil ( I used light olive oil)
1/3 cup of packed brown sugar
2 Tblsps of sugar ( I used organic)
3 Tblsps of water
1 egg white
3/4 of vanilla extract
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsps gound cinnamon
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups of old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup of raisens
In large bowl, combine the oil, sugars, water, egg white and vanilla. Combine the flours, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt; gradually add sugar mixture and mix well. Stir in oats and raisens.

It says drop by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto baking sheet coated with cooking spray but I switched to a heaping spoonful because I thought they were to big the other way.
and flatten slightly with back of spoon. Bake at 350 for 10-12 min, till goldenbrown. Cool for 1 minute on baking sheet before movint to wire rack.

( 1 cookie equals 144 calories (if you did 1/4 cup size) 6g fat(1g sat.fat) o cholesterol, 88mg og sodium, 22 g carbs, 2 grams of fiber, 3 g protein)
