I hate diet shit...but these fuckers were really good
1/3 cup of canola oil ( I used light olive oil)
1/3 cup of packed brown sugar
2 Tblsps of sugar ( I used organic)
3 Tblsps of water
1 egg white
3/4 of vanilla extract
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsps gound cinnamon
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups of old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup of raisens
In large bowl, combine the oil,sugars,water,egg white and vanilla. Combine the flours, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt; gradually add sugar mixture and mix well. Stir in oats and raisens.
It says drop by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto baking sheet coated with cooking spray but I switched to a heaping spoonful because I thought they were to big the other way.
and flatten slightly with back of spoon. Bake at 350 for 10-12 min, till goldenbrown. Cool for 1 minute on baking sheet before movint to wire rack.
( 1 cookie equals 144 calories (if you did 1/4 cup size) 6g fat(1g sat.fat) o cholesterol, 88mg og sodium, 22 g carbs, 2 grams of fiber, 3 g protein)
