In America the pursuit of money is more important than family values IMO Wasn't always that way, but sadly it is the case now.

The only people who actually work on holidays are forced to chose it, and a job over their family though.


I just think everything should have to be closed except essential things, and they should receive their double time and the next holiday event off.


I am old enough to remember when you had to have milk and bread for the 25th because all the stores were closed. Now you can shop at so many places.


I like stories....but not this one.

I actually kind of hate that things are open on Christmas Day and even Thanksgiving.

I honestly think it's sacred time that should be spent with family.

I include bars in this too.

Restaurants and Movies are OK 'cause Jews need something to do.
