I recall the local media giving wall to wall panic coverage of snow "storms" of less than a foot. They must be loving this.
The Orangemen are just a rock-solid, consistent winner that hasn't suffered a losing season since 1968-69.

There's about a 5% chance the bedrooms in my apartment don't flood. The landlord already sent out an email about removing anything from the floor. Awesome.

No shit! I bet that fills up quick. Get a large sheet of plastic and lay it down up against the outside of the doors. That should help a little.

Nope. You know that little area by the balcony that you can look down into. Well they had it tarred over like a roof top. But it's not a tight seal, so when the drain down there backs up (like it did last week when it rained), the water runs...and path of least resistence is right into the bedrooms.
On top of that, the neighbors windows have a seal problem, so pretty much everytime theres a hard rain they get a shit ton of water in the kitchen. a few months ago it was so bad they had to replace the cabinets and light fixture. Pouring out of everywhere. But i think that time it was running down from the roof or some shit.
Either way...I'm fucked.
