Dude shellfish=sea insects I dont eat roaches or slugs, why would I eat lobster and scallops?

cockroaches are insects (Class Hexapoda) and lobsters are decapod crustaceans (Class Crustacea); they are two groups in the same phylum

Not really, any flaky white fish will do.

I said prefer though, I know lots of ways to cook fish from poaching to baking. It certainly can matter then.

It is cool to call the roaches of the sea but just lay off the science part of it. I am pretty sure homo sapiens and sea turtles are in the same phylum.
