Been using the grill to make pizzas. First couple of attempts were shaky but I've finally got it down. Going to do some eggplant concoction tonight that the wife saw in a cookbook. They work as a good app as well if you want to be a douche and call them flatbreads.

DO you use a stone or just throw it on the grill? I have been using the grill but you need to be quick, the first couple times I was burning the dough.

to MCA, creole is way more than seafood with spices on it. disregards portuguese influence with things like andouille and chorizo.

for grill pizza, roll it really, really thin. brush with olive oil, place on hot grill for about a minute or so until it hardens. take it off the flame, sauce/add toppings to cooked side, put it back on the grill on the uncooked side for another minute or two until cheese melts/toppings warm.

keys are hot grill and paper thin dough.

Not sure, but I went there a few times while I was up there last summer and was never disappointed with any of the meat I got there(no homo). Love that place.

But that was the only store up there that I've seen selling that sauce. If former poster KW was still alive he would back me up on how good that sauce is.
