Cool picture of a thunderstorm moving into Birmingham last Saturday night. I think it was tornado warned at the time, too, though nothing on the ground.

AY, Hopefully you don't reside near Linden.

National Weather Service tracking tornado near Linden, Alabama, moving northeast at 30 mph.

4 hours or so to the south, give or take. I was actually watching it though. A stormchaser I know was on that storm and streaming it live. It was NASTY.

I was going to head out and try to see something myself today but the rain is hanging around which is pretty much putting an end to our tornado chances today. Which is a good thing, but if it is going to happen I'm going to try and be there.

Hi local ABC,

Feel free to take the tornado ticker off the bottom of my screen so I can see the score and time of this NBA game.

Thanks,
Mk

I appreciate the concern....though it won't lighten the abuse after the Lakers lose 4-0 to the Hornets.

Nothing major this way other than a little wind and rain.

this is a pic that a poster on another forum I post on took. It is hard to tell but the tree somehow went through that fence and it didn't tear the fence down. She lives in southern Oklahoma, it's from this weekend.

I forgot to add that they had a massive F3 tornado. Wide spread destruction. The only three houses on her street that survived were hers, her uncle's and her mom's.

Looks like the tree was thrown under the fence from somewhere else, it also doesn't look like a small tree at all!
