Just threw a slab of ribs in the oven. Some S&P then 300 for 3 hours (apply Sweet Baby Ray's at the 2:30 mark). Dinner is served.

Old man got a million boxes of these sent to him out of the blue last weekend so I just cooked some up. Crab cakes from Elliott's Oyster House.
