i tried it in college. some kids roommate had it in the cafe. for all i know he killed the goat in his dorm. tried it and wasn't bad. found it was actually goat and puked myself silly.

I hate when people say that especially when i tell them i love oxtail. The shit is $7/lb how the fuck is that poor people food when its 80% bone.

I could eat oxtail everyday, love it. usually have it once every 1-2 weeks.

tonight dinner at Citi Field: Pastrami on Rye, Box Frites w/ Rosemary dipping sauce, Skirt Steak taco

The only pastrami that I had better was from Katz.

Eating ox tails everyday would severely limit your number of those days. haha

Braised ox tails in red wine in the fall while an apple pie bakes.....ummmmmm!
