Braised Goat and Yuca

First time having goat and it was fuckin delicious.

1st time I went to uganda I went to my grandmothers house (RIP) and there were goats and other such animals in the backyard running around. Turns out one of the goats I was petting was on my dinner plate about 90 minutes later. Delicious.

That is an unusually quick trip to plate, I'd love to know how she did it. I understood that it takes some time to take the tough out of goat meat, but she probably has her secrets. lol

She didn't do it, 1 of my cousins did I think. I didn't ask, I just ate up. Shit was fantastic.

Goat isn't really exotic but one of the more non-traditional plates that I've had and liked. Gator meat wasn't bad. Not too much unlike chicken.
