Probably too early to post a bunch of a shit here, but last night I made practice turkey dinner. Tried out some nice recipes I had collected. Always looking for more.

In-laws. Two kinds of turkey- oven-roasted and deep-fried. I'll leave thr rabbit, venison, whatever else mrs. kw's cousins and uncles kill for them. All the usual sides and a big plate of slap yo momma for dessert.
I'm havin a good time, Jacques Martin's tryin to ruin it.

Heading to my grandmother's house. I'll drink whisky, make sure my parents glasses are full, eat whatever the women fix, and then help wash the dishes or some shite like that while talking to my cousin and her gf of the moment and listening to my brothers absurd questions.

I contribute very little on the holidays.

Uncle's House in the MVC (hollah at Sim and SC) in fantastic addition that features radiant heating under the floorboards and leather couches you melt into after dinner/dessert.

The Cuse. Thanksgiving will be at my Uncle's place on Cazenovia Lake. Friday I'll be playing in a deep stack poker tourney at Turning Stone. Saturday I'll watch Syracuse football finish the regular season by beating down Boston College in the Dome.
The Orangemen are just a rock-solid, consistent winner that hasn't suffered a losing season since 1968-69.

Cousin Seth's house in Worcester, VT (10 miles north of Montpelier.) I need to talk to him regarding television. He has one, but canceled his DirecTV subscription, so I may come bearing rabbit ears and a converter box.

My rents this year.

Turkey DOES suck so I'll pick at it and get just enough to tide me over for when I get home and make something good myself. Maybe a chicken marsala or something.

Pats will be 1/4 into their game when I get home b/c ours will end around 12:30.

The inlaws for the MIL's 8 course feast. One of the brothers in law doesn't like the traditional turkey spread, so she does up some turkey parmasean with her home made sauce. I usually go in on that so he doesn't feel like such a turd.

deep fried turkey is pretty good.....not sure what this thanksgiving will bring.
