i've been joking for a while that homeowners simply don't have to pay for their house due to the fact that no one is certain who has legal right to call in the loan. However i'm entirely full of shit. But now your telling me that i'm actually right and due to some technicality the mortgage on most every house is legally uncollectable and there is no identifiable title holder?
