not that any of you clowns know about fitness....

but if you are thinking about trying to get in shape I highly suggest the p90x. I'm a week into it and its NO JOKE.

I knew i was outta shape, but not this outta shape. you wont make it through a complete workout without stopping the first couple weeks

I like it because you can do it in the comfort of your home

I kayaked for an hour today. Feels better than lifting weights.

Replace "floated" with "rowed", and "lake" with "Charles River", and you're dead on.

thats why I mountain bike on the weekends, not everyone has a cushy work schedule like you

and whats the difference if I do an hour of cardio in the house or outside of the house or at the gym? none...

I kayaked for the first time over vacation and loved, great upper body workout

Gonna try out an MMA boxing class on tuesday. We'll see how it goes and how the arthritc foot holds up.

Also in serious need of a trip to GNC.

perhaps the best shape of my life doing that. went from 242 to about 220.
