Ronnie, Is Orr even in the top 10? Please. Just stop. That statement tells me you go by stats alone and you simply can't measure the contributions of #4 by stats. Not that stats can't measure Orr's contributions as he stacks up favorably with anybody who ever laced them up. His last full season? He was 27 years old, and his stats that year: 46 goals and 89 assists for 135 points. 46 goals and 89 assists from a defenseman. Orr played 36 games total over fragments of the next four seasons (actually taking entire season off) but the mulitiple surgeries on his knee (no arthroscopic stuff back then) effectively put him out of the game in his prime at 27. Do you think his stats would have been different had he played 20 years like Gretzky? Is Orr even in the top 10? Baaaahahahahahahahahahaaa....

How old are you sec40 that you got to see Orr so much?

99 has more assists than any other player has points

#4 skates circles around 99 backwards and takes a back seat to nobody.

Where did i say 99 was a better skater? He takes a backseat to a handful of players IMO.

By far, the stupidest thing RB has ever written.

Citing stats when comparing Orr to Gretzky tells me all I need to know.

I could think of close to 10 players I'd want if I was starting a team over him. No offense but it ain't your fathers NHL anymore.

Each post reveals a tad more ignorance, RB.

Who are those 10?

I don't know how to skate.
I hate die hard hockey fans.
I ONLY watch an entire hockey game if the tickets are free in person, or if its the playoffs.

And I know that saying Bobby Orr isn't in the top 10 is the single dumbest sports-related comment in the history of the BSSMB.

Ronnie, take the rest of the year off. Or at least give yourself until the end of winter.

Go cry yourself to sleep . I didn't say he wasn't top 10.
