a buddy of mine just had to get a massive hemroid surgically removed . Now im paranoid everytime i take a shit. Havent enjoyed a dump in about 2 weeks.

When you have to have a roid surgically removed, I have to think there's something wrong with your hygeine or your insides or something. That doesn't sound the least bit healthy.

They usually just arrive, uninvited. But holding in a shit for two weeks isn't exactly a deterrent either. Pushing too hard is known to bring them on.

Having to have a 'roid surgically removed has nothing to do with hygiene or insides---it just means that other methods were unsuccessful.

I don't know what I ate to cause what just happened, but I've never wanted to vomit before from the smell of my own pew. Absolutely disgusting, and I'm not even going to give a visual description(because I'm sure the idea of smelly, lumpy, brown oatmeal is pretty gross).
