People forget that Bill Hall hit 35 home runs in a season one time. It was this year, actually. My personal favorite Bill Hall season was in 2010 when he played seven different positions — left field, right field, centerfield, second base, shortstop, third base AND…he pitched. Not only did he pitch, but he threw a perfect inning. Three up, three down. They don’t make ballplayers like that no more.
