I love when professional athletes aren’t robots. This is common man shit right here. If I were on the mound, and I snapped off a curveball that struck out a major league hitter, and even I thought it was a ball, this is a great reaction to go with. Cool, I’ll take it, but yikes.

K-Zone said that it caught the top of the strike zone, but I can see why he thought that was a generous call. Trevor Bauer didn’t need generous calls most of the night, though. Bauer, that drone-loving son of a bitch, ended up throwing a three-hit, complete game in which he allowed just one earned run and struck out 10. The right-hander now has a 1.67 ERA in the month of June, when he’s technically the Tribe’s fifth starter. That Cleveland rotation is filthy, which is reflected by having the second best starting pitcher’s ERA in the American League (3.69). The Cleveland Indians are fuckin’ cruising right now, winners of their last six straight games, 11 straight victories at home, and proud owners of the second best run differential in the American League (+67).
