…get shot in the brain.
Billings Gazette - A West Virginia man is recovering and another man is in jail after what authorities described as a random shooting on Saturday night near Glasgow. Valley County Sheriff Glen Meier said that on Saturday night, Raymond Dolin, 39, was sitting on the side of Highway 2 a few miles west of Glasgow and waiting for a ride when a man drove up in a maroon pickup, shot him and drove off shortly before 6 p.m. Dolin, from West Virginia, is hitchhiking across the country and writing a memoir called “The Kindness of America,” Meier said. ”It’s totally random,” he said. “These two gentlemen did not know each other. They’d never seen each other and we don’t know of a motive. We don’t know why this happened.”
Sucks to get shot in the face but then again there’s nothing better than a nice harsh wake up call. Newsflash bro there’s no such thing as kindness in America. Been harping on this for years. There is officially 0 reason to ever do anything nice for anybody ever. That’s just the cold hard facts. Try to break up a fight and what happens? You get stabbed in the throat or something then sued. Try and help an old lady across the street and she’ll probably call the cops for sexual harassment then punch you in the dick. Sucks but that’s the way it is. Bottom line is there is no better way to get a bullet through your body by a random stranger you’ve never met for no reason than hiking across the country to do research on the kidness of random strangers. Good news is you’ve got a killer new storyline lay out for a book on Irony. Got to look at the glass half full.
