   something about being at work makes me always havta shit by 10am. i cant figure out why. never happens when im at home on the weekends or anything. this happen to anyone else? morning work shits like clockwork?

   It's boredom obviously - any reason to step away from the computer is good enough for me. Drop like a deuce every 2 hours at work. Can't even get regular during the weekends. That could also be the abuse of drinking on my body.

    theres this great app on your phone called "poop calculator" you plug in your salary then start time and end time of your poop and it tells you how much your company just paid you to poop. It's what I live for.

    toolazy- back in middle school and high school i used to take the bus home and shit precisely at 3:40 every day, didn't even have time to say hi to my mom or get the mail on the way in. weekends were always a wild card, never knew when i'd have to shit, could be anytime and that drove me nuts. since highschool i haven't been able to get back into a structured dumping routine, man, the things i'd do to go back to the days of scheduled shits- those were the glory days
