China – Chinese Dawa Zi acrobat Aisikaier suffered minor injuries after falling from a high-wire 200 metres (656 feet) above the ground, during a death-defying attempt to walk backwards and blindfolded across a ravine in central China on Sunday (July 8), state media reported. Aisikaier took no safety precautions during the attempted crossing and held only a six metre pole for balance, state television CCTV showed. He appeared to stumble early in the walk and sat down on the highwire to regain his balance. He was just 40 metres (131 feet) from the end of the 700-metre (2,297 feet) walk when he lost his footing and fell. Aisikaier was found by rescuers and brought to safety.

Listen I don’t even care that this guy failed his tightrope walk.  I’m not going to sit here and make fun of him and break his spirit like he broke his body.  At least he was trying to entertain and put on a show.   Niagara Falls pussy should take notes.  This is how you build excitement bro.  No nets.  No eyes.  No 8 hour specials on ABC with you just walking with a harness on.  No nothing.  Just you and the tightrope.  And your big ass pole that balances you out but apparently not effectively enough to stop you from falling 656 feet onto your face.  Bravo Dawa Zi you daredevil mofo.   Now just work on your technique a little and try to actually walk the tightrope instead of dropping straight off.
