Alabama Teabagger Gets TWO YEARS In Prison

NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana - Brian Downing was sentenced to two years in prison Thursday following his guilty plea to two obscenity counts, according to NOLA.com. Downing, 33, was originally charged with sexual battery and faced up to 10 years in prison for simulating a sex act on a man passed at the Bourbon Street Krystal Burger restaurant after Alabama’s 21-0 win over LSU in the BCS championship game. The act was caught in a video that went viral online. The victim is suing Downing, and Krystal Burger.

TWO fucking years in prison. Two years! That’s crazy. Don’t you get 2 years in prison for like manslaughter? For taking another human being’s life? And this guy got drunk and put his nutsack on a passed out drunk bro’s cheeks at Krystal Burger. Unreal. Justice system at work. You know what would be justice? To let him walk up to this “victim” and punch him right in his face and walk out of the court a free man. How about next time you learn how to drink and don’t pass out like a fucking 16 year old around a crew of enemy fans dude? Best way to avoid getting nuts in your mouth dweeb.

His "crime" was that he's living in the 21st century and everybody has a camera. The rule has to be now, don't do it if you don't want it posted on YouTube, Facebook, etc..
