Lil Wayne And Ja Rule Got Irrationally Excited Talking About Their Favorite Meal In Jail And The Food Is SUPER Depressing

YouTube- Ja Rule and his family will be starring in the forthcoming MTV docu-series “Follow The Rules”. During one of the episodes, there will be a part that includes Ja talking to Lil Wayne about prison food as they have both done time for gun possession.

Just a couple guys making hits and going to jail talking about things that only guys who’ve done real hard time somewhere shitty can relate to. What got me about this clip wasn’t the meal itself — chicken Ramen noodles sprinkled into Doritos doesn’t sound great to me but these guys are more weed/sizzurp than man at this point so who am I to judge — but moreso how absurdly fucking excited Ja Rule got about it. I know hood black dudes are prone to over enthusiasm in general but shouldn’t that food be more of a shitty reminder of how much it sucks to be locked up and how you’d never go back? I’m surprised to learn Lil Wayne, Ja Rule and I have different world views, really thought we’d see more eye to eye on a variety of issues.

Also I was under the impression that rich people got preferential treatment in jail…that does not sound very preferential at all, especially for guys who’ve given us The Carter and…uh, Ja Rule grunt singing over various things. Must be just another white people thing. If only there were some people we all knew who recently did a stint in the pen to explain, guys who’ve done real time and know the mindset it takes to survive behind bars. If only.
